Service Description

This level, designed for children ages 4 and up, focuses on the fundamentals of swimming, all taught in French. The instructor will help build swimmers' confidence in key skills such as proper floating, body and head position, and breathing control. By the end of this level, swimmers will feel comfortable with their head submerged and eyes open under the water. 1 instructor for 4 swimmers (maximum) Skills covered in this level include: ✅ Rhythmic breathing ✅ Retrieving items from the bottom of the shallow end ✅ Front floats (unassisted) ✅ Back floats (unassisted) ✅ Front glides (unassisted) ✅ Back glides (unassisted) ✅ Entry into shallow water These lessons are fully conducted in French, providing an immersive environment that helps children develop both their swimming abilities and their French language skills.
