Service Description

This level is for children aged 4 and up and focuses on the fundamentals of swimming. The instructor will concentrate on buoyancy, proper head and body positioning, and breath control. To achieve this level, swimmers must be comfortable putting their heads underwater and have their eyes open to orient themselves underwater. 1 instructor for every 4 swimmers. This level emphasizes: ✅ Rhythmic breathing ✅ Retrieving an object from shallow water ✅ Floating unassisted on their front ✅ Floating unassisted on their back ✅ Gliding unassisted on their front ✅ Gliding unassisted on their back ✅ Entering shallow water
