Cancellation Policy

POLITIQUE D'ANNULATION: En cas d'annulation, des frais de 75$ par semaine seront retenus et le solde sera remboursé au participant. Les frais d'inscription ne sont pas remboursables après le 20 juin 2025 car cette date correspond à la confirmation des horaires de travail pour nos employés. Si l'annulation est due à un problème lié au club, un remboursement intégral sera effectué. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, a fee of $75 per week will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the participant. Registration fees are non-refundable after June 20, 2025, as this is the date when we confirm work hours for all our employees. If the cancellation is due to an issue related to the club, a full refund will be issued.
