Are the courses bilingual?
All our courses are offered entirely in French.

 

My child does not speak French well. Will they be able to participate?
Participation is possible regardless of the child's level of French, depending on their age and willingness to try. Our instructors are trained and experienced in supporting French learners.

 

How do I choose the appropriate swimming level?

Below, you will find a table detailing the evaluation criteria for each of the four levels offered by Lions SAS. If your child has mastered all the skills of a level, they can move on to the next one.

 

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Mastercard, VISA, and debit payments through our website. E-transfers are no longer required.

 

Do you offer discounts or special promotions?

In the event of a special promotion, you will receive an official email containing a promotional code for use. For any additional inquiries, please contact mmedeborah@lionssas.ca.

 

Is it possible to pay the registration fees in installments?

We no longer offer memberships with the option to pay in installments. For further questions, contact mmedeborah@lionssas.ca.

 

What should I do if I need to cancel my registration?

First, you must contact Mme Edwidge at mmeedwidge@lionssas.ca. It is important to review our cancellation policy, which states:

 

REFUND POLICY:

• In the case of cancellation more than 2 weeks before the course/camp start date, a fee of 50$ per class will be withheld and the remaining balance will be reimbursed to the participant

• If cancellation occurs 2 weeks or less before the start date, the registration fee is non-refundable.

• If cancellation occurs due to a club issue, the money will be refunded to participants.
